your family have access to a FREE
Discount Prescription Drug Card program called New
Mexico Drug Card. Simply print a free New Mexico
Drug Card below and take to any participating pharmacy
to start saving. If you are not able to print, or
otherwise obtain a card, simply visit any
Albertsons or Smith's Pharmacy
location in New Mexico and ask the pharmacy
process your prescription through the New Mexico
Drug Card. This program has a "LOWEST PRICE"
feature that provides cardholders the lowest plan
price on prescriptions at participating pharmacies
(Medication Pricing/Discounts are calculated on
the plans lowest negotiated contract price and the
pharmacy's "usual and customary" price).
New Mexico Drug Card is accepted at over 50,000
pharmacies around the country. Please enter your
